Connected Parenting
These sessions are for parents who want to feel more confident, calm, and connected in their parenting. Using the Connected Parenting model developed by child and family therapist Jennifer Kolari, we’ll focus on the relationship at the heart of your parenting challenges. As a Certified Connected Parenting Practitioner, I’ll help you understand what’s driving your child’s behaviour, teach you tools to stay regulated in tough moments, and support you in setting clear, loving limits. You’ll walk away with strategies that strengthen your connection and support your child’s emotional development—without losing yourself in the process.
